Attached to Results?

I was working on getting some clarity this past weekend, and suddenly it dawned on me! I can’t possibly know what the Universe has in store. After all, I only have access to what my limited mind can conceive. Therefore I can only dream as big as those resources will carry me. That’s why at the end of every meditation/prayer/intention, I always say “OR BETTER.”
You may have had a vision for your future. The irony is that the vision you had was simply a whisper from God’s greater picture which far surpasses what you saw in your mind’s eye. Don’t get attached to the end results—leave room for miracles.
Attaching to results is sooooo “last decade.” Human beings are such creatures of control. We want to know where we are heading, have a strategic plan, understand the staffing, get a budget, and then graduate from several courses before we finally do what we dream. You see, all of that presumes you are creating your life all by yourself. When really, with every idea, the Universe has thought of 100 ways to deliver it—and 500 ways to make it even more fulfilling.
Follow your bliss, take inspired action only, and know that the only limits on your life are the ones you buy into.
Your job is to grab a surf board and ride the wave of inspired action. Judging the outcome as “not good enough yet” is simply your ego’s way of taking you off track. If the Universe has your back, then it’s all good.
Just don’t wait until you are 90 to see that it really was all working out all along!
