Overwhelm Doesn’t Need to Last Long
Filed Under Law of Attraction |
What does overwhelm mean? Well, it literally means that you perceive that you have obligations that outweigh your ability to get them done. Your first mistake is the assumption that you do anything all by yourself. Aren’t you and I an extension of the same thing that makes Milky Ways and Galaxies? The only time you will ever feel overwhelmed is when you forget that fact.
A feeling of overwhelm can be used to sabotage yourself, or it can be used to gain clarity about what you want so that your life can be easier in future. You choose!
Overwhelm is your trigger, your reminder that you forgot to ask for help or to let it in. Then again, it could simply be that you have chosen to do things you are not lined up with yet, you weren’t supposed to do in the first place, or you are doing them to prove you are good enough. So either you line up with what you are doing, cut out some jobs you don’t like, or remember your unlimited, magnificent nature. That requires no proving: you’re here aren’t you?
Manifesting Miracles
When you are thinking that you have bitten off more than you can chew, here are some questions that will help point you in the direction of ease, flow, and bliss:
1. Do I really feel inspired to do these things I have committed to? If I don’t, I have two choices: Stop doing them, or find a way to feel good about them. Either choice will put you in alignment with effortlessness and miraculous solutions to show up.
2. Have I been trying to do it all myself? If you have, you haven’t been allowing the Universe to help you. The Universe will always make you right. This actually means, if you decided that only you can do it all, the Universe loves you so much that you will get exactly what you’ve had your attention on (which is doing it all yourself).
Is it time to allow for miracles? To remember your unlimited-ness? To quiet your mind to hear solutions? To ask some friends if they can see other ways?
