P’s and C’s of Snacking

We have a little philosophy in our office when it comes to remembering which foods are better for the health of our teeth. Foods like popcorn, potato chips, peanuts and pretzels (P’s) are much better to have as a snack because they don’t contain sugars that cause cavities. So we try to stay away from the C’s - snacks like candy, chocolate bars, cookies and caramel - because they are very high in sugars.
