Q. If you opened your lunch tomorrow and inside you found a sandwich, a carrot, and a cookie, what would be the order that you would eat in???

A.
The answer is sandwich, cookie, then carrot. This is because we don’t want sugar to be the last food we eat, because it accumulates and in a very quick time can start decay. We use such foods like the carrot or a celery stick to clean our teeth after we eat; they act like a brush and brush away the sugars.

The Power of Breathing Deeply

One of the best things I can ever teach my clients is to how to breathe deeply. This simple, yet effective, technique helps my clients relax and enables them to become more focused.

Why does deep breathing work so well? Because it helps to put our minds in a more peaceful place - which then allows us to think more clearly. Once we are in a more relaxed state of mind are we able to open up our minds to a world of endless, positive possibilities.

What is Homeopathic Medicine?

Filed Under Homeopathy | Leave a Comment

The basic principle of homeopathy has been known since the times of ancient Greeks. Derived from the Greek word homoios meaning “like”, homeopathy is the medical practice of treating like with like. This is to say, treating an illness with a substance that produces, in a healthy person, similar symptoms to those displayed by the person who is ill.

Current allopathic (conventional) opinion believes that symptoms are caused by the illness. Homeopathy, by contrast, sees the symptoms as the body’s reaction against the illness as it attempts to overcome it, and seeks to stimulate and not suppress this reaction.

According to World Health Organization (WHO), homeopathic medicine is the second most widely used system of medicine in the world and the fastest growing. Today, many well-known personalities subscribe to the safety and effectiveness of homeopathic medications, the most prominent being the British Royal Family.
