One of the best things I can ever teach my clients is to how to breathe deeply. This simple, yet effective, technique helps my clients relax and enables them to become more focused.
Why does deep breathing work so well? Because it helps to put our minds in a more peaceful place - which then allows us to think more clearly. Once we are in a more relaxed state of mind are we able to open up our minds to a world of endless, positive possibilities.
